Reservations

Reservations may be made online through our Limo Anywhere booking system, by phone or text at 312-480-4181, or by email at info@chicagoexecutive.limo. All reservations are confirmed by email. Rates are quoted at the time of booking; tolls, parking, airport fees, wait time beyond the included grace period, and gratuity may apply depending on the trip.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a reservation, contact us at 312-480-4181 or info@chicagoexecutive.limo as early as possible. Cancellation terms vary by vehicle type and trip; the applicable terms are provided with your booking confirmation. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.

Airport pickups

We track commercial flights and adjust pickup times for delays at no charge. Wait time for airport pickups includes a grace period after landing; extended waits may incur additional time charges.

Conduct and care of vehicles

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Clients are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by members of their party and for excessive-cleaning fees where applicable. Alcohol may be consumed only by passengers of legal age where permitted by law. The chauffeur may terminate service without refund in the event of unsafe or unlawful behavior.

Personal items

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we make every effort to return found items promptly , call 312-480-4181 if you’ve left something behind.

Service

We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control, though we always communicate proactively and do everything possible to keep your trip on schedule.
