What types of vehicles and limos do you offer?
Our core fleet includes the Executive Ride sedan, the Premium BMW 7-Series, Standard SUVs such as the Chevy Suburban, GMC Yukon, or Ford Expedition, Premium Executive SUVs such as the Cadillac Escalade ESV and Lincoln Navigator L, and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 14 passengers. Stretch limousines, luxury mini buses, and full-size motorcoaches are available by request for weddings, proms, and large groups.
What is your pricing?
Airport transfers start at $95 for an Executive Ride sedan and $110 for a Standard SUV. Our airport Meet & Greet service is $75. Hourly charters, weddings, and long-distance trips are quoted individually based on the vehicle, date, and itinerary. Call or text 312-480-4181 for an exact quote.
Do you offer airport transportation?
Yes , airport service is our specialty. We provide reliable transfers to and from O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) with real-time flight tracking, plus private aviation service at DuPage Airport, Chicago Executive (Palwaukee), Gary/Chicago International, and Signature Flight Support and Atlantic Aviation at O’Hare and Midway.
How do airport pickups work?
We track your flight, so your chauffeur adjusts automatically to delays or early arrivals. For standard pickups, your chauffeur meets you curbside at the designated pickup area once you have your luggage. Add our Meet & Greet service and a professional greeter will meet you inside at baggage claim and assist with your bags.
What areas do you serve?
All of Chicago and the suburbs , including Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Brook, Evanston, Hinsdale, Lake Forest, Winnetka, Barrington, Rosemont, Downers Grove, Orland Park, and the North Shore , plus long-distance trips to Milwaukee, Madison, Lake Geneva, Rockford, South Bend, Indianapolis, and destinations across Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.
How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers, booking a day or more ahead is ideal, though we accommodate same-day requests whenever availability allows. For weddings, proms, and special events , especially on spring and summer weekends , we recommend reserving as early as possible.
How do I change or cancel a reservation?
Call or text 312-480-4181, or email info@chicagoexecutive.limo, and we’ll update or cancel your trip. Cancellation terms vary by vehicle and trip type, so contact us and we’ll confirm the exact terms that apply to your reservation.
Are you available late at night or early in the morning?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays , red-eye arrivals and 4 a.m. departures are routine for us.
Can you provide child seats?
Child seats can usually be arranged. Let us know the age and size of each child when you book so we can have the appropriate seats installed before pickup.
