Reservation Guidelines Please review these essentials before opening the booking form. Important: provide the correct number of passengers and select a vehicle with enough seating and luggage capacity. The vehicle you select is the vehicle that will arrive. A sedan is not upgraded to an SUV by default. Make reservations 2 to 4 hours in advance. Last-minute reservations are not accepted. A quote request or price check is not a reservation. Your trip is booked only after you receive a reservation confirmation email. Call before booking event pickups, stretch limousines, or Sprinter vans. Add the passenger's contact details when booking a ride for someone else. Include airline and flight number for airport pickups so delays can be tracked. Rates are quoted at booking. Selecting the Right Vehicle
Provide the correct number of passengers when booking so the proper vehicle can be confirmed based on seating capacity.
Sedans fit 1-2 passengers with 3 medium sized bags.
Important: the vehicle you select is the vehicle that will arrive. Booking a sedan does not mean an SUV will be sent by default. If you have more passengers, heavy luggage, or oversized items such as golf clubs or skis, please book an SUV, even for one passenger.
Standard SUVs fit 6-7 passengers with 6 medium sized bags. Premium Cadillac SUVs fit up to 6 passengers with 6 medium sized bags.
Car seats count toward capacity. Please list car seats and special items in the Notes section.

United Center, Soldier Field, McCormick Place or Event Pickups
Pickups after games, concerts, or stadium events cannot be booked online. These require advance coordination due to traffic and staging restrictions. Call or text 312-480-4181 before placing your reservation.
Stretch Limousines and Sprinter Vans
High demand vehicles. Please call or text 312-480-4181 to confirm availability before booking online.
Booking for Another Passenger
Include in the Notes section: your name, phone, and email, plus the passenger's name and mobile number. The chauffeur will contact the passenger directly at pickup.
Flight Information
For airport pickups, provide your airline and flight number. We track your flight and adjust for delays at no extra charge.
Reservation Timing, Confirmation, Rates, Changes and Cancellations
Make reservations 2 to 4 hours in advance. Last-minute reservations are not accepted.
A quote request or price check does not create a reservation. Your trip is considered booked only after you receive an email confirming the reservation.
Rates are quoted at booking. Tolls, parking, airport fees, wait time beyond the included grace period, and gratuity may apply depending on the trip.
Contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a reservation. Terms vary by vehicle and trip and are provided with your confirmation. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.
